This is the first religious congregation in Los Gatos and was founded in 1866 It was the only church in Los Gatos for 15 years. Land was purchased at this site from the owner of Forbes Mill in 1867 for 1$ gold coin. A simple meeting room was constructed but was replaced by a Gothic style church which was also replaced in 1965. This latest Sanctuary was designed by Higgins and Root.
